Rapidloader
The Rapidloader enables you to load up your blanks from up to 5x2 loading positions – with full automation and precise cycles. In order to ensure a high level of functional reliability and that the glass is loaded securely, the system starts by drawing each pane from the bottom of the stack. Thanks to its compact, floor-mounted design, the Rapidloader can be used in halls of almost any height.

Functional description
When it receives the glass request (from either the cutting system or the manual operator), the floor loader moves to the required frame position. While it is on the move, the handover frame of the automatically controlled loader is set to its vertical pick-up position.
The pick-up unit moves up to the rack until it detects contact with the glass. The pane is pulled off the bottom by the vacuum suction cups, then flipped over electromechanically into the transport position on the Rapidloader. The glass panel is passed onto the cutting system or a backlog table by the transport rollers.
