With the space-saving KPL automated storage system, you can significantly increase the capacity of your glass storage system. Your loading system can access the optimized storage spaces quickly and automatically, enabling you to increase the variety of types and different glass sizes and packages you stock.
Storage management, storage system software and inventory overview
An automated loading system can be fully integrated into the automated compact storage system for glass. When you add HEGLA or HEGLA-Hanic storage management software or another suitable app or software, you have a precise overview of your storage inventory at any time. The optional cockpit will provide you with even more insights. With the cockpit, you will be able to track which glass has already been reserved for production, and whether or not more panes have to be ordered or your material procurement have already ordered them, for example – all in real time.

Functional description
All processes in the automated warehouse are controlled systematically by a motorised drive. One working gap each is moved between the L-frames for the gantry bridge for infeed and outfeed.
Depending on customer requirements and local conditions, it is possible to directly integrate one or more production lines.
