RapidLam Shape

The RapidLam Shape opens the door to a whole new world of options when it comes to automatic scoring of free forms and models made of laminated glass. Two rotating cutter heads with absolutely synchronous control produce precise results that are an exact match for the speci­fications in the cutting diagram. The model is contoured by means of precise movement controlled by the built-in positioning and gripper system.

Description of function

Its compact design makes the RapidLam Shape perfect for universal use as a stand-alone system, part of an existing line or a new Y-output. It can be loaded using almost any system feeding table already in place at the customer’s site, or a HEGLA system feeding table. It can automatically score models and cut straight-line contours with a high degree of flexibility and precision. The built-in positioning and gripper system generates a high-precision cutting movement that exactly matches the specifications in the cutting diagram.
