ProLam Kombi laminated glass cutting table
ProLam Kombi is an automatic combo-cutting system to cut laminated safety glass and float glass flexibly and accurately. This rapid and high-output unit excels when it comes to industrial scale production as part of a production line. ProLam Kombi is perfect as a standalone system to handle urgent orders, ease the burden on other machines during production peaks or for production with different types of glass.

Functional description
Automated glass transport and positioning.
Laminated glass cut
When the glass is moved onto the cutting table, the foil overhang at the front and side edges is immediately removed using the optional foil peeling device. Depending on the equipment - and if the glass is coated - the edges are automatically decoated. The LSG is then scored on both sides, broken and separated cleanly. The optional residual strip removal system eliminates any potential edge cuts from the table.
Float glass cut
The glass is positioned on the feeding table and, depending on the glass and equipment, automatically decoated at the edges. The pane is then scored by a fully-automated process and transported to the cutting beam, where it is broken apart.
