Compact, automatic and designed for special shapes. The Formline KT is a compact cutting system specially developed for cutting float glass to shape and straight. It can be used to process all float and ornamental glass blanks in high quality. Pre-programmed mould and model catalogues enable simple and time-saving operation. The Formline KT can be used universally as an individual system. It is a good supplement for production lines.

Functional description
The glass is placed on the cutting table manually and lowered to the horizontal machining position by lowering the table. The cutting bridge does not tilt with the rest of the table, remaining in a horizontal position without being subject to vibrations, and is thus low-maintenance. The system then generates an air cushion to assist the operator with the subsequent alignment of the glass. The cutting process is controlled by the software using the pre-programmed shape and model catalogue or patterns defined by the operator. The built-in break bars can be used to separate the glass blanks.
